A Fox Oak team member will schedule you for a telehealth (two-way interactive video) consultation with one of our founders’ providers once you’ve completed and submitted a medical intake form. During your appointment, the provider will discuss your treatment options (if you qualify for therapy) and answer any questions you may have. In addition to this, the founder will educate you on how to take your medication and how to store it.

Please note: All Fox Oak telehealth appointments are conducted on a secure, HIPAA- compliant platform.

While all our medications are clinically proven to be safe and effective, results may vary depending on the individual. Furthermore, Fox Oak understands that health issues or life changes may require you to cancel your membership.

You can cancel your Fox Oak subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting our customer support team. Please note that canceling before your contract term has ended will require payment for any remaining contract balance.

Patients unable to continue due to health-related issues, as determined by a healthcare provider, may be eligible for an exemption. Once approved by us, the patient can cancel their membership without incurring further charges. Contact our customer support team for additional information about our cancellation policy.
